Listing Terms and Conditions

These Listing Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase, use, and refund policies related to memorial listings on the Pet Deaths Ireland website (“Site”). By purchasing a listing on our Site, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Purchase Terms
1.1 Listings may be purchased directly through our Site using Stripe as the payment processor. All payments must be made with an authorized credit or debit card.
1.2 The payment for a listing is processed at the time of purchase. A receipt will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 You may request a full refund of your listing purchase within 24 hours of the transaction. Refund requests made after 24 hours are not eligible for a refund.
2.2 To request a refund, email us at paulhogans@petdeathsireland.ie. Be sure to include the following details:
- Your name
- Your email address
- The listing details
2.3 Upon refund approval, your memorial listing will be permanently removed from our Site.
3. Charity Contribution
3.1 10% of every listing sale is donated to a nominated pet charity. By purchasing a listing, you acknowledge and agree that this portion of the payment is non-refundable.
3.2 Details about the current nominated charity can be found on our Site or by contacting us at paulhogans@petdeathsireland.ie.
4. Changes to These Terms
4.1 We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
